Coming Soon on SeeVid — announced September 28, 2026, with a full launch planned for October 2026

Kling AI announced Kling 4.0 on September 28, 2026, and says the full model launches in October 2026. Earlier Kling versions treated generation, references and editing as separate steps. Kling 4.0 merges them into one creative model, with three stated goals: realism, control and professional delivery. In practice, it can turn a prompt, a set of keyframes or a pile of reference assets into a finished half-minute scene. That is long enough for a product spot, a short story beat or a social ad without stitching clips together.
Kling 4.0 doubles the 15-second ceiling of Kling 3.0. A full scene keeps one consistent camera language, lighting and character performance, instead of being cut into short clips that drift apart.
Output goes up to 4K, and 1080p and 4K both support 10-bit HDR. That means 1,024 tonal levels per channel instead of 256, so skies, skin and night scenes hold their gradients through color grading.
Pin up to ten images along the timeline, and Kling 4.0 animates the motion between them. You decide where the story starts, turns and lands, and the model fills in natural movement.
Omni Reference accepts up to 15 assets per task: up to 10 images, 5 videos (30 seconds in total) and 7 subjects, plus voice references for subjects. Faces, outfits, products and voices stay consistent.
Kling 4.0 targets the gap between an impressive demo clip and footage you can actually deliver. It brings longer takes, finer control, and picture and sound that fit a real post-production pipeline.
